New Drivers Receive Hands-On Training and Orientation

Action Resources has one of the top orientation programs in the industry. We’re serious about preparing each new driver for the job ahead and we pride ourselves on top quality training.  Our intense orientation program consists of in-depth classroom training along with time on our fully equipped training range that helps ensure that every driver will have everything needed to succeed.

The Action Resources orientation curriculum includes training in Hazardous Materials, CSA, MCP, Safety, FMCSA and OSHA regulations, Infiniti, Qualcomm operation and paperwork processes. The training helps new drivers acclimate to our unique culture while preparing them for real-world experiences.

A driver prepares to unload a tanker using air pressure on the Action Resources training range in Pasadena, Texas. Using air pressure or a mechanical pump, drivers learn to transfer liquid from one tank to another in real world situations.
