Our intense orientation program consists of in-depth classroom training along with time on our fully equipped training range that helps ensure that every driver will have everything needed to succeed. The Action Resources orientation curriculum includes training in Hazardous Materials, CSA, MCP, Safety, FMCSA and OSHA regulations, Infiniti, Qualcomm operation and paperwork processes. The training helps new drivers acclimate to our unique culture while preparing them for real-world experiences. An Action Resources driver in full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) completes a training range loading / unloading evaluation at our state-of-the-art training facility in Pasadena, Texas.
