Jeff Cowart

Mr. Cowart serves at the Chief Information Officer for Action Enterprises.

Jeff joined Action in 2014 with more than 20 years’ experience in IT Development, Implementation and Management, including managing the technology function for Southern Cal Transportation / Transport America, a $150 million transportation company.

Prior to that, Jeff worked as an International Business Consultant where he managed a drinking water project in Uganda, which now provides 75,000 liters of pure drinking water per day to the village residents and a local fish processing site.

Jeff has also worked in various functions, including design, sales and project management in the software industry. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alabama.
