Action Organizational Announcement

Good day Action Team,

As we continue to work towards improving our business, I would like you to join me in Congratulating Fred Needham for taking on the role of Director of Sales for our Action Business Development Team.  Fred resides just outside of Nashville, TN and has 25+ years of customer service, sales, and leadership experience, for which he has spent over a year with Action producing solid wins in the sales arena.

Fred will be leading our Sales/Business Development team to support cultivating our team, growing our sales pipeline, and ultimately improving results. Most of you have worked with Fred and know that outside of his extensive knowledge and experience, his high energy and aggressive nature makes him an ideal fit to further lead Resources sales. We look forward to Fred and his team to drive consistent and profitable demand into the company.
