Jeff Cowart

Jeff joined Action in 2014 with more than 20 years’ experience in IT Development, Implementation and Management, including managing the technology function for Southern Cal Transportation / Transport America, a $150 million transportation company.

Prior to that, Jeff worked as an International Business Consultant where he managed a drinking water project in Uganda, which now provides 75,000 liters of pure drinking water per day to the village residents and a local fish landing site.

Jeff has also worked in various functions, including design, sales and project management in the software industry. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Alabama.
