Rick Moore

Rick Moore serves as the President & General Manager for Action Resources.

Rick joined the Action Resources team as the Network Manager in 2014 and throughout his tenure, with the organization, he has served in various progressive leadership positions. Rick has always been a champion and leader of change in support of our organization's continuous improvement efforts, collaborating across the organization to drive results.  After successfully serving in his most recent role as Vice President of Operations, Rick was promoted to the role of President and General Manager of Action Resources.

Rick has over 25 years of leadership experience.  Prior to joining Action, Rick spent 21 years in the chemical manufacturing industry where he led process optimization, worked in procurement, and later transitioned to operations. As the Plant Manager of Operations, Rick was responsible for overall operations, staff development, safety, and & transportation for the facility.

Prior to his career in the chemical industry, Rick proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Navy.
